It's In the Bag

Good morning, Wednesday.  I've got a sample for today's WSC in the MFT forum.  The challenge is to decorate a bag in some sort of way.  I decided to make and decorate!

I got a little fabric bit and followed the instructions here.  I'm not a seamstress/sewist/sewer and I was able to figure this out.  I added MFT's twill {currently out of stock} as handles, too.

I stamped the image on a piece of linen in Momento ink and colored it lightly with Copics.  I was able to do a little bit of shading, but I didn't push it because I didn't want the colors to bleed.  The little rose accent is cut with the MFT rolled rose dienamic and a round piece of brown felt.  I hot glued it to a little clip so it could be taken off if needed.

Thanks for stopping by!
