MFTeasers: Inspired By Butterflies

We're so close to the release, can you feel it?  Check Kim's blog today for the list of all the teasers.  You don't want to miss one!

I decided to go a little fancy for this one.  By fancy, I mean something different for me.  I love MFT images, the PIs, the WTGs, and all the other cute lines we love.  The Inspired By sets have a real feel to them and I get intimidated.  So I challenged myself {it's still the New Year, resolutions, you know?} and went for an elegant look.  Elegant isn't usually my gig...

I started making three layers with the Faux Crochet Dienamic.  Crochet is elegant.  Check.  I stamped the butterfly twice and cut one out.  Dimension is elegant.  Check.  I tied a big twiney, but thin, bow.  Big thin twiney bows are elegant.  Check.  And glass dots?  Those scream elegant.  Check.

If I'm being elegant, I ought to finish the inside of the card, right?  ;)

I'm going to try elegant more often, but I know I'll be back with something cute tomorrow.  Thanks for stickin' with me!  ~megan
