MFTeasers: Pure Innocence

Good morning and welcome to the PI Teaser Day.  I've got two cards to share with you, but first up is a quick tutorial.  I used some french knots a while ago and someone requested a toot--so here it is.  Let me know if you have any questions and if you get to try these out, I'd love to see your project.

And here are the cards again.  Both samples are paper pieced and colored with Copics.

There's a little small scallop border dienamic tucked behind the main panel.  The image is stamped on a Perfect Paper Panel--my go to paper when cutting with nesties.

I stitched around the circle on this card--phew, that takes some concentration.

A detail shot:

Don't forget to check Kim's blog so you get to see all the PI samples.  ~megan

Both of these are adorable Megan - such great detailing. Funny that I use to embroidery in a craft life long ago and french knots are the only stitch that I remember how to do.

I love your video tutorial. I haven't made french knots in quite a while and I think they're perfect for adding dimensional buttons to the sweet PI.
