Smile!

It's time for the VIP kit New Product Tour at My Favorite Things.  I'm *quite* excited about this new image, Pure Innocence Picture Perfect.  She was inspired by my very own daughter in a recent photo shoot!  My daughter has pigtails very similar to PI, only blonde.  Her hair has very slowly grown into tiny pigtails and when it's not in pigtails, let me say it's very much like a mullet.  :)

I stamped the image on Copic X-Press cardstock and colored her with Prismacolor pencils and OMS.  I paper pieced her outfit with coordinating patterned paper.  The edges of the background paper were cut with the Pinking Edge Die-namics (linked below).  The corrugated cardboard is the negative piece cut with the Small Scallop Border Die-namics that was too cute to throw out.  I just layered it on with the other pretties.  Some hot fudge ribbon (that matches the hot fudge cardstock!) and twine finished off all those layers.

I'm also THRILLED about the Lead the Way Die-namics.  I have been wanting arrows for a long time!  I love them all!  I used the same corrugated cardboard and attached it with a staple.  I think the stapler is going to be living on my desk for a while.  ;)

All of the patterned paper is from Crate Paper's Paper Heart line.  I just got a few of the new Crate papers and I love them all!  Just lovely patterns all around.

Here's what all is included in this FABULOUS VIP kit!  Check Kim's blog for a list of designers full of inspiration!
