August VIP Kit

Welcome to August's VIP New Product Tour.  We're continuing the Pure Innocence kit--with two sweet images, a fun Die-namics, and an exclusive mini-set full of coordinating sentiments.

I used the Sweet and Sassy stamp set and Die-namics (all links below) for a little animal texture.  I used the zebra stripe on the back panel and the sentiment strip with the Fresh Inks.  I love the texture!  I used the Mix and Match Banners Die-namics for the sentiment and chose the one with the pinking border to mimic the edge on her dress.

The image was stamped with Memento ink and cut with the Rounded Banner STAX Die-namics.  I tied it up with a piece of kraft ribbon and a little twine tied in a button.  If I'm watercoloring an image like this I typically use Memento.  There are times I like to emboss it, too.  IMO, those are the two best ways to water color.  If you have another, I'm always open to trying new things.  I just know it bleeds with other inks like Brilliance...so beware!
