This girl reminds me of my own girl, just minutes ago. We were collecting quarters to get the car washed. The only difference is mine has really blonde hair, why didn't I color this one blonde?? Oh well. At any rate, this new Pure Innocence girl, Piggy Bank, is one of my new favorites. She's one of my concepts and I just think she's darling!
I colored the image with Prismacolor pencils (remember this post not too long ago talking about storage?) and OMS. I use Memento ink when I color with these pencils.
I used the new Double Dot Border Die-namics with black felt (all links below) on the background panel. I love the deep teal, pink, black, and white color combo. The pink just pops and I've been having a love affair with teal lately. Lots of blue things popping up around my house. The pink button is also from MFT--didn't you hear about our fabulous new buttons?

This little girl is just TOO cute!! It's funny...today, me and my boys were collecting change as well....to buy some pink ribbon cookies, but we were collecting coins all the same! LOL! I love the layers you put behind your main image...makes it really jump out at cha!!
